Refund policy

Our pieces are small-scale produced fashion accessories that are unique, delicate and mostly handmade. Each order comes with a care card with recommendations of how to extend the lifetime of your accessories. You are responsible for the maintenance and upkeep of your pieces.

Please note that by the act of purchasing Bonbontemps item/s through use of your credit card/depositing the amount due/transferring the amount due, you agree and attest to the following:

• That you are aware that each piece is unique. No two pieces are the same, and the photos in the listing represent a unique piece-- the piece you will receive will not be exactly the same. Color may also be represented differently, depending on your screen.
• That your purchase/s are sold on an as is, where is basis.
• That you have been provided with sufficient photos, videos, and information as per your requests and needs.
• That all material things, regardless of cost and workmanship, are subject to wear and tear. Bonbontemps is not in the business of repairs, and cannot repair items you purchased from them.
• That all sales are good and final.
• That you agree to the no return, no refund, no exchange policy, for any reason whatsoever.
